- Weddings
- Quinceañeras
- Private events
- Corporate events
3. Booking & Agreement
A booking is confirmed only when:
- Deposit is received and/or
- Written agreement is signed
We reserve the right to refuse service.
4. Payments & Deposits
- Deposits may be required
- Payments must be made on time
- Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
5. Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Last-minute cancellations may incur fees
- Rescheduling depends on availability
6. Client Responsibilities
Client must:
- Provide accurate event details
- Ensure venue access
- Provide safe environment
7. Equipment & Damage
Client is responsible for damage caused by guests or third parties.
We are not responsible for:
- Power issues
- Venue limitations
- External disruptions
8. Performance Conditions
We may stop services if:
- Environment is unsafe
- There is harassment or interference
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
9. Media Use
We may use event photos/videos for promotion unless declined in writing.
